Meditating and Volunteering Together

Join Jaya Ashmore for an evening of meditation, sharing, and giving back to Open Dharma on November 24th and December 1st, from 6–8pm CET.

We will begin with an hour of guided meditation and dialogue, then spend an hour working on community projects together. There will be a variety of tasks to choose from, each one giving energy towards helping others find Deep Rest resources.

There is no cost to join the event, though you are welcome to offer donations to Open Dharma and Jaya.
