Meditation through deep rest in a spacious and airy yoga hall near a large, green park. From 10 am till 6 pm,we will unwind in lying down, sitting, standing, walking, and living --to touch the heart of what is important in life. Through slowing down and unfolding into aliveness, we invite the lighthearted contact with life to bring its powerful, playful, unpredictable shifts into our lives. Jaya has taught meditation around the world since 1999. If the weather allows, we will walk and meditate for part of the morning in the park next to the yoga studio. At least one day we will also include a meditation with Danaji and her singing bowls.
